Post-Traumatic Growth
“The world breaks everyone. And, afterward, many are strong at the broken places.”
- Ernest Hemingway
Post-Traumatic Growth
The aftermath of trauma is intense and often life-changing. Research shows that many people who experience trauma also experience long-term growth as a result of their healing process. While this growth does not negate the grief and the struggle often inherent to trauma survivors, it can provide a hopeful framework for individuals as they heal. This framework may also provide important insights for those who have moved forward in life about the positive changes they have made along the way.
Tara Forrest Greene is a certified Post-Traumatic Growth clinician who would love to help you experience and recognize positive change.
