Tara is a marriage and family therapist who is passionate about helping people heal from trauma and create their best lives. She also enjoys investing in the growth of new therapists through supervision and teaching.
Tara is a lover of books and nature. She is a lifelong learner. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. She and her husband have a blended family, including her four children and his four children (who are mostly young adults). Tara’s background, both personally and professionally, helps her uniquely connect with the clients she sees.

Tara works with people across the lifespan. She enjoys working with adults, as well as children. She also works with couples and families.

Tara specializes in narcissistic abuse recovery, healing from divorce, EMDR,
Therapy with Adolescents and Children, Polyvagal Therapy, and Post-Traumatic Growth. -
Tara is trained in Marriage and Family Therapy. This means that she approaches therapy with a systemic lens, which takes into account the different people and systems that impact the lives of her clients.
In addition to her degree in marriage and family therapy, she has other trainings and certifications. Seh is certified in EMDR therapy and Trauma Play therapy. She is also certified in the Safe and Sound Protocol and Prepare/Enrich premarital counseling. She has significant additional training in interpersonal violence recovery, as well.
Tara is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Professional Counseling Education and Supervision at Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville.
